We are three family members

Myself : HSMP holder
Spouse & a baby.

How many applications should I have to submit one or three?

Further what should i wrtie infront of dependents where it says Paid For/Exempt.

Will the total cost be £335 or (3 X 335)

Its one application and the cost is only for one application i.e £335

I suggest you read the guidance notes for the FLR application carefully as it will answer all your basic questions.
