Decision overturned

Hi,

We received a court hearing letter for appeal hearing. And then received another letter notifying of "decision overturned". The ECO has overturned the original decision and has asked wife to submit passport and the "decision overturned" letter to VFS.

Has the court been informed by BIA ? Do I need to contact them ?

How long will it take to get the visa after submission of passport ?
