Travel insurance policy for Schengan visa via mail

Hi,

After I subscribed online for DrTravel travel insurance(annual), I realised that they do not provide travel insurance document. I only received a mail confirmation which has my name, insurance coverage type, dates and policy number.
If I apply visa for France, is the print out of e-mail an acceptable insurance document? If not, what should I do, please advise.
