Umbrella company terms

Hi, I joined with a umbrella company and below is the terms provided by them.

I recieve online payslips should I ask for hard copy from them ?.Please let me know if any other details I have to ask them to sort out for my tier1 extension.

Is there any problem with the below terms for my Tier1 extension?

Please help me on this.

Expenses
Subsistence £8.00 per day
fixed travel £5.82 per day

When you are employed by xx we pay you a salary and reimburse you all legitimate ||business expenses your incur. You pay full tax and National Insurance on your salary, but ||your business expenses are paid to you gross which results in the increase in take home pay.
