Extending student visa on the same level of study..

Hello Frds, I have taken help from this forum before and here I am again for a little doubt.. my wife is on NQF level 7 course which is PG in healthcare, I am on dependent, her course finishes in oct/nov this yr, and our visa expires on 30th jan 12, so my que.is wheather we can apply for another PG course from another college/uni or we have to go for a top up course or a master course in uni? Another que.is the new rule says PG student should be in Uni. to work 20 hrs, wht if the college is pvt bt is in Highly trusted list?
