PSW Visa awaiting

Hii I have applied my visa on March 28, got my acknowledgement on april 1and biometric on april 5. I have given my biometrics on april 11 and waiting till now. I dint get my visa. Is there any one who applied on same time and got their visa. Please let me know. I tried calling UKBA but they are not responding. I need to go to India urgently but could do nothing. Please let me know if someone got visa who applied at same time ...thank you..
