Company3: Worked for Indian MNC (from August 2000 to Feb 2003)

Company4: Worked for Indian company (from Jan 1999 to July 2000)

4.Earning Power:(25 points)
1. salary slip for 9 months (i have relocated to geneva in july 2005)
2. Credit Advice from Bank for each of these transaction
3. Installation Allowance slip and Credit advice

3. Partner's Achievement (10 points)
1. Marriage certificate(will be 2 years for this may)
2. Rental agreement in both of our's name, but printed in normal paper and signed.
2. Recently opened joint account letter.
3. letter addressed to my wife name and a letter addressed to my name.
4. My wife's degree certificate and Marks cards

The list looks good. You can also keep a copy of passport.
CV is not necessary.

Many people send in passport copies as proof of age. As the applicant is over 28 and not claiming the 5 points for age, he need not send it.

Do I need to give people reference contact from each company?
This is because colleagues during my time in company3 and company4 might have already left.

And where should these reference be indicated(is it in cover letter).
