Which form for tier 1 extension and what fee?

Post by oneITguy » Sat May 07, 2011 9:50 am

I have gone thru so many posts in the board but still confused regarding which form should be filled for Tier 1 extension and as mentioned the link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/aboutus/fees/ which fee is applicable for extension? i.e

Tier 1 (General) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) application fees
OR Application fees for extending your stay using form FLR(O)
OR Application fees for extending your stay using form FLR(BID)
OR Application fees for extending your stay using form FLR(M)

Can you read. Are you sure you are a tier1. How did you get tier 1 is a surprise to me, when you cant read the heading of the form which clearly says what the form is for.

If you don't like the question asked then do not reply to people. There is no need to get excited.
Goodluck.

Bango,

Your comments to oneITguy are very insulting.

If you can answer his question, then do so, else refrain from such comments.

Kind Regards

Don't worry guys, it seems there are some kids also joined to this forum and i never take kid's words seriously :D. we are here to help each other and not to pull anyone's cloths unnecessarily like Bango is doing. Just ignore it.

My couple of friends are also confused regarding these forms.
I would request experts to clear this.

Thanks.

Refer to the link for form

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... /applying/

and fee details are mentioned in the form itself as below:

"
A1. Tick the applicable boxes and fee:
the applicant is making a Tier 1 application £1000 Standard or £1300 PEO
applicant is a national of : Croatia FYR Macedonia Turkey
and is making a standard Tier 1 application - £900 or is making a Tier 1 application at a PEO - £1170
Where HSMP Transitional Arrangements apply:
– the applicant is making a Tier 1 application £500 - Standard or £700 - PEO
– applicant is a national of (please cricle) Albania / Andorra / Armenia / Azerbaij"

Firstly there is nothing about liking or disliking a question. Its a public forum and everyone is free to do whatever they wish. I think some people should just take it easy and getting jumped up before blaming others of being EXCITED.

To the OP
Time and time again people ask questions which proves it just right, about the government decision to scrap Tier1. I personally not having a dig at you. But honestly by asking such questions i believe other posters on this forum, with the exception of few will know clearly WHO is being a KID here. Ha. Lololol.

Yes, I found it, all this mentioned in the Tier 1 form it self but not found anywhere else. Thank you tier1_applicant for sharing the info!

Read your answer to OP and then point towards me. I just told you to keep it down when answering other people. There is no need to judge anyone. If you don't like the question then you have the option to keep it quiet. But if you want to answer the question then it should only be a help and nothing else.

And no! Everybody is not allowed to do "whatever" they wish. There are rules here as well and you need to follow them.
Goodluck.
