Does anyone know if we require any evidence from a sponsor to be presented on the interview day.

If this query is about DV-2012, please note:

Sorry to bring bad news, but results of 1st of May have been canceled.

They will draw selectees again, results after July 15th.

If it's about DV-2011:

No, sponsor doesn't need to be present, but there is a affidavit to be signed, IIRC.
