Query reg dependent application: 18 months old child..

Hi

I was filling up the dependent application form ( tier 1 extension) on behalf of my son who is 18 months old only now in question :

Dependent relation with main applicant , I have selected as :

Child Under 18 , which then says go to H2
AFTER filling up H2 , 4,5,6 it says go to section J whereas from J3 directly asks to go to section L , L is related to public funds - than DONT we have to do anything for sectiON K ie maintenance fund ?

Confused ...........please help me asap.

What did you fill for Section D?
Do you know process of biometric for child?
