How long does it takes to get FLR extension

Hi Guys,

Any idea how long does it takes to get the passport back from home office, once sent for FLR extention.

I thought it was around 1 week, I sent mine on 18th but still waiting.

If anyone has received his extention soon please let me know the timeline.

It can take a week sometimes 10 days. You can call up the FLR team using the numbers shown in the FLR form and guidance notes.

Hi all,

Sent my FLR extension on the 12th April 2006 and received it today, 27 April 2006. 4 yr extension. I had asked for the documents to be returned to my office address and so I got a call, couple of days back asking me to either mail or fax them confirming that I indeed want the documents to be sent to my office address. Mailed(email) them and received today. Good luck to all others.

Could you please tell us your EC expiry day and your FLR expiry date?
Actually we need to know your FLR started from the day your application got approved or from the date your EC expired?

ec expiry date is 18th may 2006
flr expiry date is 18th may 2010
