British citizenship

Post by whiterose » Mon May 23, 2011 2:17 pm

Hi,

I am currently on Tier1 visa and my wife on tier1 dependent. My son was born in November 2009 in the UK. I will soon be applying for indefinite leave to remain. Will my son be eligible for British citizenship as he was born in UK or should I have to apply for indefinite leave to remain dependent for my son?

Regards
