Age at the time of Tier 1 extension

If I am turning 37 in September and I apply for my tier 1 extension in Jun (though my visa is expiring in October) what age will be considered by UKBA for my application? 36 or 37?

The points you earn will be the same as for your initial application - it is not based on the age at extension.

Thanks, but I believe the age at the time of extension is considered and not the initial application??
