Spouse visa

Post by goodtimegirl » Sat Apr 29, 2006 6:54 pm

Is it possible for a UK spouse visa to be awarded if the husband resident in the UK does not have a job or money in the bank, purely on the basis of a loan from his family, say from the sale of a house?

I think they want you to support your dependents without claiming public funds and they want you to declare that in your visa request application.
If they think you can't support them financially, you might get into trouble
