Hi,

Receivd HSMP in July 2006 which was extended in July 2008 as a Tier 1(general migrant) and now i am not sure what category i belong (as per SET(O) APPLICATION FORM)?

DO i need life in the UK test?

how many months pay slips and bank statements required

You come under the HSMP Judical Review category so u need SET(O) application form.

U dont need to do Life in the UK test.

U should submit 6 month payslip and bank statements.
