Hi,

Today, I called to Home Office for clarifying 2 points

1- Currently, I am in UK on Tier1 (General) Migrant Visa but initially, 2 years I worked on work permit. Shall I go with 10 L or 10 G

Reply: I was told that I would with 10 L

2- When I asked what documents I should show for initial 2 years (when I was work permit) then she told that I must show P60 forms.

I re verified if it is fine if I will show work permit (s) as well as the experience letters from the previous companies then she told that these would not be acceptable.

Please any one adivse on second point?
