Refused due to Earning Points

Hi All,

Can someone urgently assist me with the following query.

I have applied for T1-G and has been refused due to UKBA not being able to confirm my earning points.

According to the letter they have tried using Standard procedures and are not able to verify the details provided. However I have included the accountant audit letter, bank statements, contract copies and tax return certificates.

Can someone urgently tell me what I can do in this situation?

Did you include any contact details in order for the Home Office to verify where your income is coming from (e.g. you are saying that you supplied contract copies - are the people you signed the contracts with contactable in order to verify claimed income???).

did u provided just the postal address or phone number as well of ur income source??
