Again Biometric ?

Hi

I have done my biometrics on 3rd of May with family , now yesterday i received letter from UKBA saying
'' Unfortunately the biometrics process was not successful. We therefore require you to book and attend another appointment to have your biometrics taken so that we can proceed with your application ''

How can it be possible (':shock:')

Didn't receive any letter for dependants who have done theirs at same time.

Does that mean my application is still not gone to caseworker.

Any ideas .

Anything is possible the way Home Office operate mate
What most shocking is, it took well over a month to identify your biometric was not successfull, have they given you any pre booked appointment slots for your next biometric??, if not i suggest you write a email to UKBA explaining your situtaion(in a more polite way) and sort your biometric quickly....they are quite fast(hopefully) in responding to email....also clarify with them on your dependent application before booking it in(for safer side).....

Well they sent me same letter as first time so i have to book it within 15 days .
Does that mean after i give my biometrics again then my file will go to the caseworker or its already gone .

they won't consider the application (it wont be passed to caseworker) until you have given your biometrics again.

one of my friend applied for tier1 visa also got a second biometric letter last week.

when the case worker consider your application if the biometric print is not clear or has any problems then they will request again for it. I reckon in ur case ur dependants biometric has gone through but urs not
