Change to Apply in Person?

hi, I submit my tier 1 extension ont the 4th of April, and did my biometric enrolment on the 13th of May. I need to travel abroad on next weekend. Instead of waiting, is there anything I can do? Is it possible to change it apply in person, if I can book a slot?
Any suggestion will be very helpful.
