I hold a tier 1 visa but work in India ,I have not used the tier 1 visa for more than a year, Now I am in UK for 8-9 months , Question below

Can i produce Indian bank statements as financial proof for a dependant VISA approval .
Also will a company's official letter on my accomodation confirming my address and that the accomodation is good for a couple be a good proof for both of our stay ?

What is my chance of getting a dependant visa if I am with an Indian employer and in UK temporarily for a period of 6 -8 months
