Apply for British Naturalisation after being granted ILR

Hi

I have received my ILR in November 2010 on the basis of spouse of a settled person in the UK.

My wife is in the UK from last 20 Years and never applies for British Passport.

Can I apply for British Passport after my 12 Month of my ILR issue date or my wife need to have a British Passport first then I can apply for British Passport.
