new consulation on ILR started

says only applicable to those entering into Tier-1 after april 2011, so I assume it dosen't affect people who already are have a Tier-1 (pre april 2011?)

going by the link it says so.. but this is a proposal only.. if there are majority says that it should be applicable to all(which for sure will not be the case) then we are in a soup. Good catch though!!
