Edit- sorry Vinny not sure if you meant 'stay' as in live or stay as in 'stay over/overnight contact'?

Oh and I'm in east London ( Essex) so Birmingham is a bit far
which number did you call? the solicitor recommended by lickacandy in birmingham or did you go through legal adviser finder?
