HSMP Earnings, need advise

please can you confirm if leave allowance other allowances not shown on payslip can be part of gross earnings?

Is it a taxable component of your salary? You will not be able to claim it as a part of your gross.

No it is not part of my taxable income. But it forms part of my total earnings in my letter of offer.

please try and advise on my second question regarding the new hsmp form i.e would the form expire by june 2006?
