Hi there, I sent my application on the 11th of May, they withdrawed the money two days later and 2 weeks later I received my acknowledgement letter. until today, I haven't received anything regarding the biometric.. Is it a must to do a biometric or I can have the visa without? because I've done biometric when I was obtaining my student visa anyway..

Yes you have to give biometrics again. See sticky topic regarding current processing times.
