Tier 1 Extension Maintenance Fund

Seniors,

Can you please help me out in below queries?

1) How much amount i should maintain for 90 days to use as maintenance fund for Tier 1 extention for My self & my wife (She reached UK last month) as Tier1 Dependant. for dependants is there any restricution period to apply for the Tier 1 Extention (she is in UK least one month)

2) I have used my savings account for my dependant maintenance fund. Can I use the same account & amount as a maintenance fund for Tier 1 Extension?

1) It based on your lenght of stay in UK. If you have been in UK for more or equal to 12 months than 800 (primary) + 533 (1 dependent)

More than 3 years I'm living in UK. Hope i need to maintain £800 +£533.

Can i use the same account for tier 1 extention which i have used as mantenance fund to apply tier 1 dependant visa for my wife from india last month

Yes you can use any account which has got your name.

Hi

I applied for further extension application of Tier-1 General) and I fixed my maintenance fund in my business account I am registered as self employed. Now I received a letter from my application case worker he did not consider my business bank statement and he asked for produce any other account bank statement with same maintenance fund amount. I have no other account with the same amount plz help me and give some advice what I have to do at this stage.

If you have been in UK for more or equal to 12 months than 900 (primary) + 600 (1 dependent)
