Question about maintenance

Question about maintenance

Hi,

My husband needs to apply for a Tier 2(General) visa. His company here in India is sponsoring him. He has a valid CoS. It does state that the company will be responsible for his maintenance for the first month in UK. The company is A rated.

Now my question is, does he still need to submit the bank statements showing the minimum account balance of 800 pounds all the time?
