Need help with flr(m)

Hello,I need help with an application made in march,we applied with flr(m) and HO office returned it bcos the correct fee was not paid,but we end up waiting since march for the application to be returned and bcos of this my lawyer resubmitted the photocopies of the original application back to HO last week,and today I finally got the original application form back this morning.
Am worried bcos I just found out that you cannot apply using photocopies,

Anyone with info please or any advice please,thanks guys

Your question is not clear. If the fees wasnt correct did UKBA return your documents back?

If not did you chase them up?

Photocopies of what ? please clarify

Mode of entry questionnaire received 5/07/2011
Received 3 years discretional leave 14/07/2011
