You have always helped me and I am soo thankful for that. Recently my friend's elder sister has just applied for student visa along with her six months old son, she got the visa and her son didnt get the visa. for that she submitted the appeal on 13th of May 2011 and yet she has not got any acknowledgment. She called the uk office, they replied that till date they have not got any appeal, and abu dhabi office is not taking any calls. what should she do now as she will have to join college in july 2011.
She would also like to know whether if she can apply for her husband and 1 other son visa before she leaves for uk as her dependents.
