Hi, you can marry fairly easily since the Certificate of Approval was abolished. However is it really worth it? Since you are doing this while you remain in breach of immigration laws , you are likely to be refused leave to remain, when you get round to applying. You should return to your home country and apply for spouse visa from there. Be honest in your application that you overstayed, and go through the correct procedures.
