about PSW requirmnets ..... please help

Hi there
I am Tier 4 student have just passed the master degree from a university and planning to apply for PSW My visa will be run out end of august I am confused with some issues as the rules and regulation of Uk immigration are changing constantly
The English language test requirements I never took IELTS do I need IELTS score to apply PSW
My dependant does not have IELTS score either
For Funds How much money I have to show for my dependant and myself
Do I need to show HO where I got the money because I took some money from my uncle and put on my account and my salary does not come in this account

uk qualification supersedes that requirement, i think!

Funds - £1600 for both of you together for 3 months.

IELTS required only for student visa or extensions and is NOT applicable for PSW.
