If he is going to apply in september then he will have to sit the test after the 18th of July, otherwise he will have to do it again, and that will cost alot of money.

BatleyKhan I just want to say your contributions and posts in this forum are absolutley brilliant and help people soo much. May Allah reward you for your help :) My wifes application is getting me soo stressed. She was planning on doing the test any time now, but with the new changes coming into place, it leaves a short window to submit everything and if something happens and we're unable to submit it before the 17th of July then she will have to do the test again, which willl cost too much, so its a big gamble to take, so we've decided that she'll take the test after the 18th of July. If she passes (Inshallah) then I hope you dont mind but I want to PM you for advice before submitting.

Yes but there is no organization in Peshawar who is on the list of the new providers.

They are mainly in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi

According to PEARSON official website they don't have recognized test centre in Pakistan.

also unable to find recognised test center in Pakistan on City and Guilds South Asia web page

ETS have one network office in Islamabad TOEIC

IELTS have many centers in Pakistan, except Peshawar.

From 17 July only above test providers outside UK is approved by UKBA.
