3 years Discretionary leave

Hi everyone I just got my discretionary leave in the post this morning. It was straight forward and It took 1 month.
Am a spouse of a British citizen and we have a little girl together. Its been a long journey so far.
Thanks to everyone who gave advice to me. I wish you all the very best.

My application was for further leave to remain outside immigration rule after failed spouse visa due to expired student visa,the circumstances being Article 8,and the documents i submitted were:
My Daughter's British passport,mine and my husband is with the HO
Daughter's birth certificate
Hubby's payslips and p60 showing he can support me
Both our bank statements
Utility bills
Rental agreement
TOEFL test (this was done because I made a previous spouse application)
Photos of me,friends and family.
My solicitor did the rest and it took 4 weeks
