change of caseworker

hi

do you know if one can request a change of caseworker? my relationship with my caseworker is love-hate, to say the least... and I believe that the caseworker might not be acting as professionally as a caseworker can be...

It will be more benefical for members to advise you, if you give details about your love-hate relations with your case worker. Some times it is the procedural protocols that they have to meet.
