visitor visa for my mother

hello ,

i want to call my mother from back home as my wife is pregnant and there is no one too look after her my mother was ganted a visit visa before last year for 6 months she came and stayed for only 28 days . now we want to call her again i just want to know which visa form shall i use general visitor or family visitor as last time i used was general visitor as she came to attend my graduation ceremony .

and

my mother is working full time and she is providing her own bank statement , prrof of travel and etc .
what documents we have to send to her as a proof of accomodation and iss there any other documents ?

any help wuld be highly appriciated

You will use form VAF1B to sponsor the family visitor.
