child birth

hi,

i am on hsmp tier 1. if my child s born here and it gets citizenship here after me gettng ILR. just wondering if i move to india after me getting ILR (BUT my child is citisenship here) ... but if i want to come back to UK after few years, can i come on basis of the child (child is citizenship and under 18 years)...can i come on basis of that even if i loose my ILR.
