10 year long residency

hi all
I came to uk on 20/02/2002 as a visitor 6 months visa,on 21/06/2002 i went to india to apply for student visa and on 27/06/2002 i got student visa,but i came to uk on 04/10/2002 as student.
From then i got all the extension ontime i.e,
One extension as student,then hsmp and tier 1 valid untill january 2013.
My main concern is when can i apply for ilr?

any input would be very helpful
