FLR(M) query

i have been in this country for almost 7yrs with huband on student visa. he had his LTR just last year. do i need to go for my LTR or FLR (m) i have only 1mt lift on my visa. pls do help with advise. thanks

What is your spouse's current immigration status - that of a Tier 4 migrant / student or a settled person (ILR)?
