Late Arrivals.

Post by Sinner » Tue Jul 05, 2011 11:24 pm

Hi.

My wife got her student visa last month. Her classes are starting from 1st of august.

Now, the problem is that due to some medical problems she cannot travel and doctors has advised complete bed rest for 2 months. which will be completed by 20th of Aug.

I came to know that College can allow upto 2 week late arrival. But in this case it is a abit above.
if she travels after 20th of Aug will she be able to enter into UK? if no then will she need to apply for a visa again? Please advise me on this. Thank you.

She can only be refused under 321.

Get written confirmation from college that she will still be allowed in her course.
Get written confirmation from her doctors about her medical condition and that she will be able to study.
Present these to the Immigration officer, if necessary.
