Bank statement & Maintanence funds when applying for ILR

I just need to know whether we need to show any maintanence funds when applying for ILR under HSMP judicial review.

but keep sufficent fund so HO should not able to show that u will be recouse to public fund

if you have regular income each month than balance in bank account is immaterial. in all cases personal bank statement of at least 3 months is to provided so you should have balance at least to pay for same day service fee even if you are paying through credit card
