Proof of subsisting documents

Hi,

My husband is in UK since May 2011. I am applying for dependent's visa coming week.

Could someone please suggest do we really need proof of subsisting relationship?

I have come across check list of many people who have got visa, but they didnt show the proof of subsisting relationship.

Please advise.

you need to you that you both have been in touch with each other regularly via emails, phones, texts, chat. so get all those things and print them off, print phone bills and attach them to the application.

include a cover letter explaining everything

Hi,

I believe you are a senior member here. I would like to take your advise regarding maintenance funds.

My husband is in UK since May 8, 2011. He is working since June 12, 2011.

For maintenance, we are showing 2800+1600 = 4400 pounds.

We showing 2500 in a savings account for last 3 months and 2700 in 2 Fixed Deposits for last four months.

2500+2700 = 5200 pounds

Is this fine?

Make sure you submit telephone call history (obviously calls to each other) + Emails history to each other + Skype history (or any chat history)
