HI ALL

CAN ANY ONE PLEASE ADVICE ME

I WANT TO APPLY AS A DEPENDENT ON MY HUSBAND. WE BOTH ARE LIVING IN UK FROM PAST 3 YRS AND WE GOT MARRIED IN MAY 2011 IN UK. IAM ON TIER 1 PSW AND MY VISA WILL EXPIRE ON SEP-2011. MY HUSBAND RECENTLY GOT HIS VISA AS TIER 1 GENERAL IN JUNE 2011. COULD YOU PLEASE ADVICE WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS I NEED TO APPLY FOR AND FROM WHERE I NEED TO APPLY MY VISA.

I HEARD I NEED TO GO BACK TO HOME COUNTRY. AND BIT CONFUSED HOW MUCH I NEED TO SHOW ON MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT IS IT 533Â£ OR 1600Â£

you need to go back to your country to apply for entry clearance as a dependent.

single/joint account, it has to have 800 + 533 for each dependent if your husband has been in the UK for over 12 months, for last 3 months.

read the sticky for documents

Thankyou so much for your advice.

My husband is in UK for more than 12 months. But he got tier1 general 2 months back, will it be 800+533 for dependent

or

tier 1 general is less than 1 year so i need to show 1600 Â£

please advice me in this issue.
