PBS (dependent)

Hi -

I wish to apply for tier 1 (general) dependent visa for my wife & son (1 yr old). They are currently based in the United States.
When filling in the online visa application form it says the fees is $1320
I would like to ask if this fee is for both of them? Or do I need to fill in a separate form & pay fees separately as well?
