Hi guys,
I am applying for ILR next week; I qualify enough point based on my earning. I want to double check the documents I got are sufficient. There are few things in my 5 years period, I am bit concerned about.
1. First 3 months (Aug 2006-Oct 2006), I worked in the UK was on per deim and I was paid in India during this period. I don’t have any UK proof. Though I can show Indian salary slips (not signed and stamped). Do I need to show this proof?
2. I was away for 2 months from UK when I was not paid in the UK; I was employed this period though. Do I need to show this proof? I never been away for more that 3 months in a stretch and total time away us well below 6 months.
3. I got one P45 missing, but for that period I got my salary slip signed and stamped. Is it enough?
These are the documents I got at the moment.
