Croydon PEO - Tier 1 Extension Process Time

Post by Sukaina786 » Tue Jul 19, 2011 2:39 pm

Hi All,

My current Tier 1 visa will expire on 01/09/2011. I have made an application in person at PEO Croydon on 13/07/2011.

I submitted original payslips, bank statements which cover my claims for the earning and maintenance fund.

I have been given a letter from the caseworker that my application is valid but they need to make further enquires. I can continue to remain/work in UK until the decision is made. I have been told that the Home Office will be in touch with me within 1-2 weeks.

Even though I have paid the premium fees and my application seems straightforward, I have not been given the decision on the same day.

Has anyone else experience the similar situation? Does anyone know their timescales for processing?

Many thanks in advance.

Is Tier 1 Extension while on deputation? Is your salary slip has all the tax and NI component ? Are you away from the country for a long time ?

Can you give the details about your case..

Yes my salary slips have the tax, NI, net pay And gross pay. I haven't been out of the country for significant time ( only about 3 weeks in total for last 3 years.)
