FLR Tier 1(SHMP) - PEO Services not available?

FLR Tier 1(SHMP) - PEO Services not available?

Hi Members,

Today I've got an email from Home office enquires for one of my query, saying that "FLR Tier 1(HSMP) application must be submitted via postal route".
I'm totally confused.
he was pointing to section 5 of guidance notes, but that section talks about payment at PEO services as well.
what a contradictory statement.

Please share your thoughts.

Hi All,

This time I've replied with line numbers in the application where they mentioned the fee for PEO.

after all this, they said that they were confused earlier and now it is clear that the FLR Tier 1(HSMP) application can be made in person at PEO centre".
