Hi there!
I applied for HSMP in the month of March, but was rejected
I claimed points in the following section
Under 28 - claimed 5 points - got 5
Bachelor degree - claimed 15 points - got 15
Graduate level experience - claimed 35 points - got 35
Skilled partner - claimed 10 - got 0
For skilled partner I supplied the following documents
Bachelor degree certificate
Degree supplement
Letter of experience
Proof of 2 year relationship I supplied the following documents
Marriage certificate(Got married in 2002)
Jointly owned property certificate
Joint mortgage agreement
Letter from social insurance agency for years 2003 and 2004 for both of us that was sent to the same address
Attested copy of previous EEA1 permit.
The application was rejected because my wife's degree was not equivalent to the UK bachelor degree. It seems that the
letter of experience and the proof of relationship was not even considered by the case worker.I am planning to
make a fresh application with a letter of reference and work contract(for claiming points for spouse with graduate
level experience).
Greatly appretiate if someone could clarify the following queries.
1)If I make a fresh application will the points that I gained before be still valid, provided I supply the same documents?
2)Are the evidences provided for 2 year relationship strong enough?
Thank you in advance
