Restrictions on Tier1 dependents working in UK

Are there any restrictions on jobs that the Tier 1 dependents can pursue?
I am a tier 1 visa holder and I believe there are certain restrictions for me like I can't work as a doctor etc. Are there any similar restrictions for my partner who is on a dependent visa?

Can you please point me to the relevant ukba links..
