ILR query

I am applying ILR with my wife next month i.e. Aug 2011 under WP/HSMP/Tier1 visa completing 5 years.

All 3 off us, my wife and son(4 yrs born in UK) have a Tier 1 which expires in March 2012.

I am planning to apply for ILR for me and my wife and apply for British Citizenship for my son using MN1.

My concern is will my sons visa be valid till March 2012 till we get his British passport ?

From the various previous posts in this forum, it is valid until he get his British passport.
