Ilr query after FLR(M)

Post by amberw » Tue Jul 26, 2011 7:46 pm

Hi,

My husband and kids got their citezenship this month on 10 years long residnecy basis. I am currently on FLR(M) which will expire in October this year. I am here in Uk from last 9 years now. My understanding after searching in this forum is:
1. I can only apply for ILR after completing 2 years on FLR(M).
my question is :
1. Can I apply only one month before expiry of FLR(M) Or I can apply earlier?
2. Is it possible for me to apply straightaway when my husband will get his passport (which is in couple of weeks)?
3. which form to use?
thanks
thanks

I think that you have choices:

SET(O) 276C Long residence.

SET(M) 288 Spouse.

Thanks for your Reply vinny. I think I will apply as a spouse.
Do I have to apply one month before the expiry of current visa? I can apply it now...

What was your husband's status immediately prior to being granted ILR?
